Andy Griffiths is one of Australia’s most popular children’s authors. He and illustrator Terry Denton have collaborated on more than 30 bestselling books since their first title, Just Tricking, was published in 1997. In Australia Andy and Terry’s books have sold over 10 million copies, won 80 children’s choice awards and 10 Australian Book Industry Awards—including Book of the Year for The 91-Story Treehouse in 2015. Their much-loved Treehouse Series has been embraced by children around the world and is now published in more than 35 countries. In their latest book, Andy and Terry invite readers to come hang out with them in their 117-Story Treehouse. This is the ninth book in the illustrated chapter book series and is filled with Andy and Terry’s signature slapstick humor! This event is free and open to all. Doors open at 6:30. No ticket is required to attend the event, but you must purchase a copy of The 117-Story Treehouse from Little Shop of Stories to earn a place in the signing line. You can purchase a copy of the new book at the event itself, or you can pre-order a copy from Little Shop of Stories on Eventbrite here. Andy will also sign books brought from home, and you can take a photo with him, if you’d like! While there are no tickets to this event, we do have limited space. Once we reach capacity, we will not be able to let anyone else in. The line will form at the rear doors on the lower level of the parking lot.
